Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Olea Europaea, is extracted from olives by mechanical or other methods, typically utilizing pressure, which do not modify the basic properties of the olive. زيت الزيتون البكر الممتاز ، europaea أوليا ، هو المستخرجه من الزيتون بطرق ميكانيكيه او اساليب اخرى ، وعادة ما تستخدم الضغط ، التي لا تعدل الخواص الاساسية للزيتون.
