Castor Oil is derived from the castor bean and is obtained by cold pressure. زيت الخروع مستمد من الخروع وحبه هو الضغط الباردة التي حصلت عليها. Materials Needed To Make A Castor Oil Pack: المواد اللازمة لتقديم حزمة وزيت الخروع :
- (1) Three layers of natural, uncolored wool or flannel cotton large enough to cover the area being treated. (1) من ثلاث طبقات والطبيعيه ، بغير لون أو الصوف أو القطن الفانيلا كبيرة بما يكفي لتغطية المنطقة التي يجري علاجها.
(2) Castor oil. (2) زيت الخروع.
(3) Plastic wrap large enough to cover the cloth. (3) من البلاستيك لف كبيرة بما يكفي لتغطية القماش. (4) Hot water bottle or electric blanket. (4) زجاجة المياه الساخنه الكهربائي او بطانيه.
Procedure To Make And Use A Castor Oil Pack: واجراء لاستخدام زيت الخروع حزمة :
- (1) Soak cotton with Castor Oil. (1) نقع القطن مع زيت الخروع. It should be saturated but not dripping. وينبغي ان تكون مشبعه ولكن ليس التقطير.
(2) Place the pack on the area being treated, for example lower right abdomen [liver]. (2) على وضع حزمة مجال يعامل ، على سبيل المثال الحق في البطن السفلى [الكبد].
(3) Cover the pack with plastic wrap and place a hot water bottle over the pack. (3) تشمل حزمة البلاستيكيه الختاميه ووضع زجاجة ماء ساخن على مدى حزمه.
(4) Leave the pack on for 30-60 minutes. (4) على مغادرة لحزمة 30-60 دقيقة.
