Vegetable Oils are used a lot in cooking. They can eaither keep a texture, or provide a flavor; either from the base oil, or the oil can carry a flavor from another taste. When the oil is a base is used to hold another substance, it’s called a carrier. Vegetable Oils are used in perfumes, soaps, and other beauty products as well. It’s also used in practical manners, such as paint.
